New-Delhi-110085 a  Education (UG - B.Com - Commerce) AND (PG - CA) The candidate shall handle all Facits of Finance Accounts Taxation related matters to the Company.  Must have experience in construction company or any hotel construction site of repute. Candidate residing nearby Rohini area or within 10-12kms. distance from Rohini location will be given preference. Highly developed communication and technical skills Perfect understanding of the fundamental accounting concepts exposure to Corporate taxation. Perfect understanding of Trail Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss account, Payables & receivables, project Accounting etc. MIS reporting, variance analysis, cash flow management. Liaising with Banks, Company Secretary, Legal and Taxation agencies. Compliance of Accounting Standards. Income Tax, TDS, Service tax payments and submission of Returns Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annually. Calculations of Sales Tax VAT and Excise and Procedures for Sales and Purchases depositspayments and Returns submissions. Candidate must have work experience in construction company or any hotel construction site of repute as CA. Candidate residing nearby Rohini area or within 10-12kms. distance from Rohini location will be given preference. Preparation of Reconciliation Statements for Bank, Cash, Vendor and Branches. Payroll Preparation and accounting process including PF, ESI compliance. Compliance of Accounting Standards. Handled independently Registration process with various Regulatory and Statutory Authorities viz. Sales Tax, Excise, Service Tax, Income Tax, and Import Export Licenses. Calculations of Sales Tax VAT and Excise and Procedures for Sales and Purchases depositspayments and Returns submissions.
